Existen necesidades b\u00e1sicas del paciente que forman parte esencial de la labor del farmac\u00e9utico asistencial. En general, la organizaci\u00f3n actual de los servicios sanitarios prestados parece haberse orientado sobre el resultado del proceso: la curaci\u00f3n, sin tener en cuenta estas necesidades. La valoraci\u00f3n de la satisfacci\u00f3n de los pacientes es uno de los puntos en la evaluaci\u00f3n de los servicios de salud y la encuesta es una buena fuente de informaci\u00f3n y herramienta para la toma de las acciones dirigidas y estrategia de mejora continua.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span><span><b><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Objetivos:<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"> Valoraci\u00f3n del grado de satisfacci\u00f3n sobre la AF de los pacientes del Plan de SIDA del hospital -Identificar los puntos de mejora en la AF.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span><span><b><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Materiales y m\u00e9todos:<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"> Se dise\u00f1\u00f3 un modelo de encuesta escrita dirigida a pacientes de un hospital de adultos de mayo a noviembre de 2012. La poblaci\u00f3n estuvo conformada por pacientes atendidos en el marco del Plan de SIDA e ITS del Ministerio de Salud de la Naci\u00f3n. Para el relevamiento de la informaci\u00f3n se dise\u00f1\u00f3 una encuesta de 17 preguntas destinadas a evidenciar aspectos concretos de la AF y su valoraci\u00f3n. Se agruparon las respuestas a las preguntas abiertas en torno a posibilidades generalizadas con objeto de facilitar su interpretaci\u00f3n. Los criterios de exclusi\u00f3n fueron: menores de 18 a\u00f1os de edad y libre participaci\u00f3n respetando la autonom\u00eda y derechos de las personas.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span><span><b><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Resultados:<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"> El total de pacientes encuestados fue de 485. La media de edad fue de 44.6 a\u00f1os con el 64.9% de sexo masculino y el 44.1% de los pacientes pose\u00eda estudios secundarios incompletos. El 84.9% consider\u00f3 que la dispensaci\u00f3n por ventanilla era adecuada pero el 68.2% no consider\u00f3 \u00f3ptimo el espacio f\u00edsico. El 84.2 % no consider\u00f3 necesario la utilizaci\u00f3n de un box independiente para la realizaci\u00f3n de consultas pero el 18.6% sugiri\u00f3 la separaci\u00f3n de los pacientes pertenecientes a otros planes para preservar la confidencialidad. El tiempo de espera fue tolerable para 92.3%.El 53.8% consider\u00f3 que los recursos humanos e inform\u00e1ticos para resolver inconvenientes son regulares con un 44.8% derivados en complicaciones en los requisitos exigidos para la dispensa y un 34.5% de falta de comunicaci\u00f3n entre servicios y profesionales. El 79.2% opin\u00f3 que la atenci\u00f3n farmac\u00e9utica fue muy buena con un 94% satisfacci\u00f3n en la obtenci\u00f3n de respuestas adecuadas del farmac\u00e9utico a las consultas realizadas. El 69.8% prefiri\u00f3 que la informaci\u00f3n fuera dada en forma oral y el 30.2% opt\u00f3 por la casilla de e-mail. Entre las sugerencias generales el 58.7% coment\u00f3 la posibilidad de realizar entregas bimensuales y el 22.7% sugiri\u00f3 la ampliaci\u00f3n del horario de atenci\u00f3n por la tarde. El nivel de satisfacci\u00f3n global fue de 78.5% en el intervalo de puntuaci\u00f3n de 9-10.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span><span><b><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Discusi\u00f3n:<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"> En el trabajo se evidencian ciertos puntos positivos que indican una adecuada AF en el proceso correcto y breve de dispensaci\u00f3n y con la informaci\u00f3n concreta para la correcta administraci\u00f3n del medicamento. Se evidenci\u00f3 la preferencia de acceder a la informaci\u00f3n por v\u00eda oral. Este hecho puede tener injerencia en la concientizaci\u00f3n de la integraci\u00f3n del farmac\u00e9utico en el equipo asistencial.
