EN SU EDICION DE DICIEMBRE HACE UN ESTUDIO SOBRE:<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0<span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong><em>El prospecto que acompa\u00f1a a los\u00a0medicamentos de venta libre contiene informaci\u00f3n importante,\u00a0que no siempre es comprendida correctamente.<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>por\u00a0Patricia Cardoso, Julieta Curbelo, Ana Palazzesi, Guadalupe \u00c1lvarez Elda Cargnel de ANMAT<br \/>\n(<a href=\"mailto:pcardoso@anmat.gov.ar\" target=\"_blank\">pcardoso@anmat.gov.ar<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/bfbdigital.org.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/RevistaSaludPublica.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-3879\" alt=\"RevistaSaludPublica\" src=\"http:\/\/bfbdigital.org.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/RevistaSaludPublica-214x300.jpg\" width=\"214\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><strong>OBJETIVOS<\/strong>: Explorar en qu\u00e9 medida se comprende la informaci\u00f3n incluida en\u00a0los prospectos de especialidades medicinales de venta libre con\u00a0paracetamol como principio activo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00c9TODOS<\/strong>: Se realiz\u00f3 un estudio cualitativo, con entrevistas semiestructuradas a 20 adultos\u00a0a cargo de ni\u00f1os usuarios del medicamento. Se llev\u00f3 a cabo con\u00a0un equipo multidisciplinario: dos m\u00e9dicas, una psic\u00f3loga, una soci\u00f3loga y una ling\u00fcista. Se utiliz\u00f3 el prospecto de un medicamento con paracetamol destinado a ni\u00f1os mayores de cuatro a\u00f1os.<br \/>\nSe analiz\u00f3 cada respuesta como variable dicot\u00f3mica (s\u00ed\/no), de\u00a0acuerdo con la comprensi\u00f3n de la informaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Se identificaron las\u00a0caracter\u00edsticas discursivas de los prospectos y, a partir de ellas, se\u00a0evaluaron los datos de las entrevistas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>RESULTADOS<\/strong>: Ninguno de\u00a0los entrevistados comprendi\u00f3 la posolog\u00eda, mientras que un 30%\u00a0tuvo dificultades para entender las contraindicaciones.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CONCLUSIONES<\/strong>: Es necesario seguir realizando estudios de comprensibilidad para identificar las dificultades que tienen los usuarios\u00a0de medicamentos de venta libre para entender los prospectos.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"525\" height=\"368\" src=\"\/\/e.issuu.com\/embed.html#7075318\/1155942\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Puede descargar el n\u00famero completo a su computadora<a href=\"http:\/\/saludinvestiga.org.ar\/rasp\/edicion-completa\/RASPVolumen-XIII.pdf\" target=\"_blank\"> haciendo click aqu\u00ed<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>LA REVISTA ARGENTINA DE SALUD PUBLICA ES UNA PUBLICACION DEL MINISTERIO DE SALUD QUE CUENTA CON LA PARTICIPACION DE INVESTIGADORES INTERDISCIPLINARIOS.
